Terms of use

What this site does

TrainsPlease takes requests and answers them. Sending a request does not create a booking and costs nothing. A booking exists only after we send you a quote and you confirm it.

Quotes and bookings

Every quote lists the price, taxes and the refund or cancellation rule of the operator, hotel or partner that provides the service. Those rules apply to your booking. We will tell you clearly who provides each part of your trip.

Guides and information

Guides on this site are written carefully and reviewed, but rules, timings and fares set by others change. Check the official source before you rely on them. TrainsPlease is independent and not affiliated with any government operator.

Fair use

Please send real requests only. We may ignore or block automated, abusive or fake requests.
