Privacy policy

Short version: we use your details only to answer your request, we never sell them, and you can ask us to delete them.

What we collect

When you send a request we keep what you type into the form, such as your name, mobile number, email if given, travel details and notes, plus the time and a one-way hashed form of your network address used only to stop abuse.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: to contact you, prepare a quote and, if you agree, make bookings with the operators, hotels or partners needed for your trip. We share only the details each of them needs.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your details.
  • We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
  • We do not take payments on this site.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can help with follow-up questions and refunds, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent to be contacted, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to hello@trainsplease.com and we will reply within 30 days.
